Travellers are solely responsible for carrying valid government-issued identification (Aadhar, PAN, Passport, etc.) and complying with any entry requirements (especially for restricted or protected regions).
No refund will be issued for denied boarding or entry due to lack of proper documentation.
Ensure punctuality for all scheduled departures and activities.
Respect local customs, cultures, and laws during the trip.
Maintain appropriate behavior in group tours for the comfort and safety of all participants.
Notify us in advance of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or physical limitations.
Trips My Bharat acts as an intermediary between the customer and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport operators, etc.).
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or damages caused by third-party service providers or force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or political unrest.
Any disputes arising from services rendered by third parties must be resolved with the respective provider.
